For over two decades, I've lived at the intersection of hospitality and technology — bringing together the warmth of exceptional guest service with the precision of enterprise software execution.
My journey began in hotel operations, where every moment was about creating memorable experiences. It was there I learned that behind every seamless guest interaction is an invisible system of processes, collaboration, and technology working in perfect harmony.
Driven by a passion for both service and systems, I transitioned into the world of hospitality technology, where I've spent years leading consulting and implementation teams across high-stakes projects. Whether guiding enterprise software rollouts, designing customer success strategies, or driving cross-functional alignment, I thrive on solving complex challenges that sit at the crossroads of people, process, and platform.

Reading has always been central to how I grow. I'm a voracious reader — sometimes diving into technical and leadership material, other times unraveling a tightly plotted mystery or immersing myself in a sweeping space opera. Whether learning something new or stepping into another world for a while, books are where I sharpen perspective and recharge.
I enjoy designing and securing complex systems at home, from network architecture and automation to privacy-focused AI experimentation. Building and refining these environments allows me to explore emerging technologies in a hands-on way while reinforcing the importance of resilience, security, and thoughtful design.
After decades of highly technical, screen-intensive work, I've made sustainable fitness and data-driven health tracking a priority. The same analytical mindset I apply professionally carries over into how I evaluate personal goals, technology, and long-term planning.
